Sadly, another mentally disturbed young man who seems to have been another "throwaway." Society

failed again in properly dealing with Devin who had a history, beginning in his teens, of "creepy" behavior. As an older teen (18), he was dating, then stalking, a younger (13) teenage girl. Apparently, he escaped detection and was even able to enlist in the Air Force. So, how
is it that this history goes undetected by the US Air Force recruitment authorities? Then, apparently, he married, while
in the service, and subsequently assaulted not only his wife, but
also his baby stepson, leaving the baby with a fractured skull.
These incidents led to Kelley's court-martial and confinement
for a year, followed by his dishonorable discharge. Will
we find out in subsequent days and weeks that he was
examined by a psychiatrist, as he should have been? Will we
find out that he was on some strange medication? All of these
questions throw a very critical glance on the role of the US Air force in the subsequent Mass Murder that occurred on November 5, 2017, in Sutherland Springs, Texas, killing 27 church goers.
What I can report is that

astrologically, his natal chart (2/21/1991. New Braunfels, Tx) shows Kalasarpa Yoga, in which all the planets are hemmed in by the nodes, Rahu and Ketu. This quite often tips off the astrologer that the native is bipolar. This was also the case with the Joker Killer from Aurora Colorado. I also wanted to

post a more recent photo, which

is just 7-8 years later the first one. I think we can all agree, just from the

photo, that he looks very altered from his teenage years.
So, if he were on psychotropic drugs, why was that not detected
by the gun seller background check?
And people wonder why there are so many conspiracy theories,
that these are false flags, planted by the NWO, to create mass hysteria reaction that will destroy the second Amendment? As a
military enlistee, was he recruited by DARPA and then used by the "deep state" for their own purposes? Fightfully he posted the Joker picture to his account a few weeks ago, and apparently, his family members, who were aware of his insanity, did nothing.

A few years ago, astrologers warned Barack Hussein Obama that he might wish to adjust his swearing-in to a more favorable hour. Ronald Reagan had set a precedent for consulting with an astrologer, Carroll Righter, and famously amended an Governor inauguration (1.2.67) to a few hours before and then went through the public one a few hours later.
In 2009, Obama's swearing in occurred during a "void-of-course" (VOC) Moon. This is a very inauspicious moment, when the Moon is transiting from the last degree of Scorpio into the first degree of Sagittarius (basically, at zero degrees). The Moon is such an important component of any Panchangam of such an important undertaking, that astrologers warned that the Obama legacy would be Zero, i.e., null and void.  But, of course, we all remember that Obama mocked the Reagans:   "I just didn't want to get onto a Nancy Reagan thing, you know, getting into seances."

In ancient days, and even now in India, Royalty, especially, would confer with their Royal Astrologers about the timing of important events, so as to be successful. Much like the first cornerstone of a building. If the Panchangam is deemed auspicious, then the event is scheduled for that time when the planets are most auspicious.
During the 2009 Inauguration apparently, Obama/Chief Justice Roberts misconstrued the wording of the Oath, and they elected to have a Second Swearing-In later the next day, at 7:35 PM. In retrospect, we can see that Obama's legacy is Zero. We have just witnessed that both of the Legislative Branches, the Senate and the Congress, have voted to repeal Obamacare. So many of his policies are set to be demolished, especially since he failed to work with Congress and arrogantly used his "phone and his pen." Executive Orders can be rescinded by any future Presidents immediately. Of course, since his birth certificate has been demonstrated to be a forensic forgery, he may be the first President to serve jail time, since it is a federal crime to present a forged birth certificate to the Federal government.
So, with all these matters in mind, how do we see the Inauguration of the upcoming 45th President of the United States?Inauguration chart of Trump.The Moon will be in Libra the 7th House from the Aries Ascendant, meaning that the Public will be very involved. Saturn, of course, is transiting from Scorpio to Sagittarius and will be at 29 degrees 24 minutes, so to some extent, not adversarial. Jupiter is aspected by the 7th aspect of Mars, which will be in Jupiter's sign of Pisces, and Jupiter itself will be aspecting the Sun, along with Saturn's 3rd aspect to the Sun. So, although the Sun (meaning the physical body of Trump) is receiving the malignant effects of both Mars/Saturn, Jupiter is there aspecting all of it, reducing the fear of assassination.
Also, in the Inauguration chart, Mars is at zero degrees, 17 minutes, and Saturn is at 29 degrees, 24 minutes, so both malignant planets are at low strength. Also, Saturn is in a friendly house (Scorpio).BTW, there is a detail in Trump's own personal Dwadasamsa chart indicating possible assassination attempts. However, he is presently in a major Jupiter "Dasa" (Dec 2016- Dec 2032), so this would indicate the timing is off for such an attempt. The Jupiter dasa just began, you will note. Interestingly, when one is about to start a new "dasa", one experiences a "taste" of what that major period will be like.
One other important aspect of Muhurta is the Yoga (the sum of the Zodiacal degrees of the Moon and the Sun). Unfortunately, beginning at 12:34 AM is the inauspicious Yoga, Shoola.  Therefore, it is suggested to the Trump Transition team to have a swearing in just after midnight on 1/20/2017. The rising sign would be opposite the Moon up until approximately 12:10, so as close to midnight as possible. There are also remedies for proceeding with the swearing in at noon time, namely prayers, and giving in charity.
Interestingly, Donald Trump had been asked many times if he would run for President, even decades ago; he always answered that he wasn't ready. Examining his chart shows that he is very psychic, and hence, seems to have intuitively delayed his run, since he has just entered a most favorable period of his life, his Jupiter period. One might even guess that he secretly confers with an astrologer, not making that communication public, so as to keep his critics at bay.
One also notes that even an Indian group, Hindu Sena, noting his astrology, was praying for his election. So, I might ask, was India interfering in the American elections, like Russia? Obviously, Krishna is the controller, not some Guccifer 2.0 hacker who exposed Hillary's Satanic character.
If one listens to the many Trump interviews over the past 3 decades or so, one might rightly come to the conclusion that Trump always felt the need to run for President, but, due to family concerns, was hesitant to do so until the right time. And, this is the right time, considering that, due to having a usurper as President for the past eight years, the Constitutional Republic is very much in jeopardy.

Even in the midst of educated and brilliant minds, deranged, insane, murderous minds may lurk until one day they manifest the bizarreness of their "thinking." Most recently, the pressure on health professionals and psychiatrists to be politically correct has met with unfortunate displays of horror in the national landscape.

I tuned in to the "boob tube" shortly tonight to get a brief focus on the national tragedy which occurred last night at the Aurora Theater showing of "The Dark Knight Rises." I was surprised to find Bill O'Reilly interviewing a psychiatrist , Dr. Keith Albow, who claimed that after interviewing someone like James Holmes (competently), he most likely would have "Baker-Acted" him (committed him.) Of course, O'Reilly was quick to lambaste him for this saying that, and claimed that Holmes' lawyers would quickly spring him.
However, after doing a quick analysis of James Holmes astrology, I ascertained that most likely he is quite psychotic. There was nothing political about what Holmes did. Not at all. However, these Major Hassan's. Jared Loughner's, James Holmes's are neglected by our society They're "throwaways.", until it's too late. Yes, we know there's something wrong with them, but we just don't want to bother.
The nonchalant way in which Holmes' Mother reacted to the news of her son being the killer gives us a glimpse into the mind of a parent who knows that, even though their child is a "genius", he was always mentally unstable, but they just didn't want to say anything that might curtail his "success".
Most likely, James Egan Holmes is a schizoid, paranoid, maniac who will be the subject of many forensic psychiatrists. Unfortunately, for the world, if he had been diagnosed earlier, and treated, he probably would have been moderately successful, or even brilliant.
However, his protective parents chose the easy way out, that turned into the worst way out. And did his elementary, middle school, and high school teachers contribute to this tragedy.
Sadly, the answer is yes.
There are some parallels to the Fort Hood tragedy in that the authorities all looked the other way with the flagrant manifestations of Major Nidal Hassan's ideological perversions, even in his own career and his treatment of his patients.
So, who's guilty? Political correctness, once again.

Medical-Astrological Analysis

Natal and Dwadasamsa charts

Just like Dr. Albow has certain competence in deducing insanity, so also, vedic astrologers are able to detect chronic medical problems. Information came in quickly today about the Joker Killer, and even a birthdate, December 13, 1987, in San Diego, California. So, I was able to put up a reasonable chart. Additionally, Mr. Holmes stands 6'3", so, with that physical clue, I was able to "guess" a birth time, namely around 1 P.M.(PST) The chart shows his Moon in the first 2 degrees of Virgo, predicting his propensity for medical studies (neuroscience Ph.D.) Secondly, both in the natal and the 12th divisional chart (dwadasamsa), the Sun and Saturn are within 2 degrees of each other. This always indicates a chronic medical problem. In the natal chart, Mercury (the nervous system) is within 7 degrees of Saturn, usually indicating a strong propensity towards brain abnormalities, or psychiatric deviations. The other noticeable characteristic of Mr. Holme' natal chart is the Kalasarpa Yoga, wherein all the planets are hemmed in by Rahu and Ketu. This pattern is often associated with bipolar tendencies.

Furthermore, there is the impact of what is known as Sade-sati in the chart of James Holmes. This is a period of seven and one half years, during which the planet Saturn transits the natal Moon of the native. Saturn transits the 12th, the first and the second houses (from Chandra or the Moon). One complete cycle of Saturn is approximately 29-30 years. Saturn is now transiting Virgo (sidereal time) and Mr. Holmes' natal Moon is in Virgo. Of course, Saturn is the planet of misery. and, on top of James' predisposed psychiatric difficulties, it just added more gas to the fire.
Now, you might say, well he's only 24 and the Saturn cycle is 29-30 years. This was James' first Sade-Sati. I suspect., of course, that there may be the influence of some kind of mind altering drugs, due to the history of the alleged suspect..
UPDATE: TMZ has reported that Holmes had taken Vicodin 2 hours before the shooting and had been seen smoking a joint behind his apartment building. Vicodin is an opium derivative, controlled drug, and some reports indicate that there is a Vicodin addiction problem within the USA.

UPDATE: Bill Warner, a PI, who works with the FBI, states that Holmes' profile fits the Black Bloc of the OWS, who hate cops. His motive in rigging his apartmet with explosives was to kill cops. Another point that Mr. Warner makes is that the Joker does not have red hair, but the Riddler does.Mr. Warner also states that  Holmes' " shooting up of the Aurora Co movie theater was payback for the Batman movie slaming the OWS."

When I listened a little more carefully to her, I could see that she is a natural talent. She has been developing her musical talents since she was 10. She was also one of the only contestants whose birth date I was able to find. I did not have her birth hour, but, I rectified it to 2:05 AM. That makes the Ascendant Gemini and she has just entered her major Mercury period the beginning of 2010. It lasts for 17 years. Also conjunct with the Ascendant is Venus, since she is very clearly an artist.She has just come out of a 19 year Saturn period. Saturn is exalted in the 5th house of talents and gifts. During this period, she explored her natural gifts and had one child (2009) as well. The ruler of her 7th house, Jupiter, is placed in the 8tth house of loss. In the natural chart, Saturn is aspecting the Sun by its 10th aspect, which means chronic illness, and she suffers from Diabetes.
Another reason that I rectified the time of birth to 2:05 AM is that the Moon is in a Nakshatra and pada of Aquarius that seem appropriate to her. It describes a relaxed, jolly, well dressed and honored individual.
Since Jupiter is now transiting Aquarius, this will benefit her tremendously in the competition.

Selena Quintanilla Perez: Humanitarian and Artist

Selena was born during a major Venus period, which lasted 16 years for her. Venus is moving towards its' exaltation point in Pisces and is in its friend's house (Aquarius). So, it is strong. In 1987, she won the Tejano Music Award (not the Grammy), during the beginning of her Sun "dasa" period, which lasts 6 years. The Sun is the ruler of the 10th house of career and is in Aries, exalted in her 6th house of daily activities. Hence that period is very active for her career.

I rectified the unknown time of birth to 9:20 PM for two reasons: 1st the pada/nakshatra and 2nd, the time of her assassination.
The pada/nakshatra reveals the qualities of the individual and can be compared to known details of the biography. The time of death is known, and the "effect of the "maraka" (killer) planets can be determined. The suspect planets are normally the planets in the 2nd and 7th houses, or the rulers of those houses.
In Selena's case the Moon and Mars are conjunct in the 2nd house, so her death took place during the Moon major/Mars subperiod/Moon sub-sub-period in March 1995. The Moon is not a malefic planet, but Mars is.
Fore-warnings of her assassination might be missed,, since the Sun-Mars aspect is not in the natal chart. However, in the 12th divisional (dwadasamsa) chart, there is a Mars-Saturn-Sun conjunction that indicates death by violence.
BTW, the pada/nakshatra is in the 1st pada of Poorva Shada (Sagittarius) and indicates "a mild and feminine person, caters to the poor and the needy, and is of short longevity."

In modern times, to speak of the Universe in unscientific terms, is to be labeled a "crackpot." However, according to the ancient teachings of India, there were sages who spoke correct knowledge and predictions concerning the Universe and its inhabitants. Fro example, there is a set of books, called the Parasara Hora Shastra, that was spoken by a divine being, Parasara Muni.

This knowledge has been transmitted in a Guru-Disciple relationship, and is called "jyotish". There are two systems of astrology: Western and Jyotish. There is a difference between the two, that is called the "Ayanamsha." This is otherwise known as the Earth axis' wobble. It is a retrograde movement of 50"/yr. It is also called the Precession of the Equinoxes. the last time the sidereal (Indian) and tropical (Western) zodiacs coincided was 293 A.D. In 2299 A.D., it will reach the maximum of 27 degrees.

So, you see, there is a huge difference in the two systems. However, that being said, Western astrology has been developed to be infromative about psychologically profiling, and Sidereal astrology is more predictive, although they is certainly some overlap.

For centuries, astrologers have been helping to arrange marriages, and select auspicious days for performing religious ceremonies, beginning new projects and businesses.

Justin has Mars and Mercury in his 7th house. Now Mars in the 7th, 4th, and 12th house indicates a kuja-dosha. This is considered unlucky for marriage in India.
