We don't have a rectified time of birth for Larry. I have selected 2:17 PM and that puts the Moon at 10 degrees 28 minutes Sagittarius in the nakshatra of Mula. It is said that "Mula will rule the world", along with Bharani (which is Sergey Brin's nakshatra).
Now this rectified time puts the ascendant in Leo and Saturn aspecting the ascendant by its 3rd aspect. This aspect of Saturn, of course, brings international fame.
The ascendant, Leo is also aspected by conjunct Mars and Jupiter.
Mars is exalted in Capricorn and Jupiter is debilitated. so there is a bit of the cancellation of the debilitation of Jupiter.
Larry's personal number is 31/4, which indicates a highly creative and practical person. the 4th pada of Mula indicates the native will be "strong, gentle, clever, wise, in control of the senses, able to defeat opponents."

Governor Sarah Palin: Astrology

As you will see in her astrology chart, governor Sarah Palin is blessed from birth, with natural leadership, and, I might add, regal qualities.

It turns out that she used the beauty pageant basically to help secure a scholarship for a couple of years.she's not really obsessed with that, and downplays it.

Keanu Reeves is one of those internationally famous actors who seems to exude a certain amount of mystery.
we do have a verified time of birth for 5:41 AM Beirut.
So the Ascendant is Leo with Mercury and the Sun in the Ascendant and receiving the direct 7th aspect of Saturn. Saturn itself is in its own house in Aquarius. Of course, the aspect of Saturn on the Ascendant gives his international fame.
The presence of the Sun and Mercury in the ascendant most likely give him his quick insight and temperament, that is responsible not only for his not finishing high school (not playing by the rules) and his high intelligence. Now what I look for is if Mars and Saturn are aspecting the ascendant; if Jupiter is also aspecting then the person will be "straight". If not, bi-sexual. As you can see in his chart, Jupiter is not aspecting the Moon, the ascendant, or the Sun.
